8. Marnie Jamison: "Our Best Resources Are Each Other"
Marnie Jamison has been a foster parent to 80 children over the last twenty-four years. She was the first to sign up for the state of Oregon's "therapeutic foster homes" which is slated to be the model in foster care. At 50 years of age, Marnie's step dad and mom adopted her.
